January 5th: Revision revision revision. Scarily, I didn't even leave the house today. Instead it was a day of intense revision for my Unit 1 exam for AS Human Biology on Thursday. It's going fairly well but I absolutely have to nail that A and if I make one silly mistake or get one duff question, I'm stuffed!

365photos > January 1st: Blurry but fun - the gang at New Year!

I feel I should point out before I start any of this that I'm only planning on doing this with my diddy Panasonic Lumix mini-compact digital camera so don't expect anything amazing!

Shame about the wires and I don't think I got the colouring/exposure quite right but it was difficult as it was all rather blurred.

I love the light in this photo. I definitely think that a better camera would have done more justice to it but it's still very lovely.

I spent ages pfaffing with this photo. I wanted less flash on the cake and I'm not sure if I wanted the background telly to be in focus or slightly blurred.

Well, I made it 6 days before I used a picture of Orson. I love the light in this one. I also love that I took the photo looking at the LCD through the car mirror in a bit of a hurry while waiting at traffic lights and adjusted the framing that way... which is why it's not so great! (Love that he hasn't let go of his duck.)

Not very pleased with this as a shot at all but it certainly captures a moment. We're turning one of our bathrooms into an en-suite if you were wondering!

Love this shot in terms of capturing the moment and the light. I'm sure a better photographer would have done more but I like it.

So this is my worst picture yet - another day when I didn't even make it out of the house - instead I was working, doing some personal administration stuff, doing some volunteering stuff and also being a bit ill so this is going to have to do! There is nothing about this photo that I'm pleased with except that it was taken on the correct date.
