January 6th: Orson fast asleep in the car. Well, I made it 6 days before I used a picture of Orson. I love the light in this one. I also love that I took the photo looking at the LCD through the car mirror in a bit of a hurry while waiting at traffic lights and adjusted the framing that way... which is why it's not so great! (Love that he hasn't let go of his duck.)

365photos > January 1st: Blurry but fun - the gang at New Year!

I feel I should point out before I start any of this that I'm only planning on doing this with my diddy Panasonic Lumix mini-compact digital camera so don't expect anything amazing!

Shame about the wires and I don't think I got the colouring/exposure quite right but it was difficult as it was all rather blurred.

I love the light in this photo. I definitely think that a better camera would have done more justice to it but it's still very lovely.

I spent ages pfaffing with this photo. I wanted less flash on the cake and I'm not sure if I wanted the background telly to be in focus or slightly blurred.

Scarily, I didn't even leave the house today. Instead it was a day of intense revision for my Unit 1 exam for AS Human Biology on Thursday. It's going fairly well but I absolutely have to nail that A and if I make one silly mistake or get one duff question, I'm stuffed!

Not very pleased with this as a shot at all but it certainly captures a moment. We're turning one of our bathrooms into an en-suite if you were wondering!

Love this shot in terms of capturing the moment and the light. I'm sure a better photographer would have done more but I like it.

So this is my worst picture yet - another day when I didn't even make it out of the house - instead I was working, doing some personal administration stuff, doing some volunteering stuff and also being a bit ill so this is going to have to do! There is nothing about this photo that I'm pleased with except that it was taken on the correct date.
